The pieces

Every piece we offer is brand new. We describe and photograph each one as accurately as we can; colours can look slightly different on different screens. Ask us for extra photos of any detail before you order.

Brand names belong to their owners. Velora is an independent boutique and is not connected with the brands it offers unless we say so.

Prices

Prices are in UAE dirhams. They can change, and a piece can sell at any time. The price shown when you place your order on the site, or the one we confirm with you on WhatsApp, is the one that applies to your order.

Ordering

You can order on the site or by messaging us on WhatsApp. An order placed on the site holds your pieces for you, and it is confirmed when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Payment and delivery

You pay on delivery, after inspecting your piece, or by card, which we arrange with you on WhatsApp. Delivery within the UAE is free; delivery days are estimates and are confirmed with you. International delivery can be arranged on request, at a cost we confirm with you first.

The 15% welcome offer

Joining Velora gives you a personal code for 15% off your first order, up to AED 100 off: one code per client, for one order, on the listed prices. It can't be combined with another offer or exchanged for cash. It counts as used once that order is delivered; if the order is declined or cancelled, the code is free to use again.

Promo codes

From time to time we may share a promo code. Each code has its own conditions, given when we share it (for example a minimum order, dates or a limited number of uses), and a code may be limited to one order per mobile number. One discount applies per order: if you have both a promo code and your 15% welcome code, you get whichever saves you more, and your welcome code stays unused for a later order. Codes can't be exchanged for cash, and we may end a code at any time.

Inspection, returns and exchanges

You may inspect your piece on delivery and accept or decline it at that moment; a declined piece goes back with us at no cost to you, and if you paid for it by card, we refund you in full. Once you accept it, the sale is final and the piece cannot be returned. In exceptional cases we may offer an exchange, at our discretion: contact us on WhatsApp.

The photos, texts and design of this site belong to Velora. Please don't copy them without our permission.

Responsibility

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using the site; nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the United Arab Emirates.

These terms follow the law of the United Arab Emirates. If you have a concern, message us first: we would rather put it right.
